Have a creche at your event

to ensure those with child care responsibilities can attend

As well as enabling parents to attend, if the creche is entertaining and fun, the children will ask to return to the event another time.

Make sure the crèche complies with legislation in terms of space requirements/ ratios and notifying Ofsted (or other relevant regulatory body) - They should have a letter or email confirming this has been done.
