Not everyone can hear clearly. Make speakers use microphones. Include headphones. Include close captions. Record every session and transcribe these post event.

BSL & Subtitles:

Provide BSL services and stage, and all presentations to have subtitles

Engage your BSL interpreter early so they can rehearse/prepare effectively if possible.

Be aware that interpreters can only work for a limited amount of time so ensure that is factored into your timetable
